SEOboard terms
Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026
SEOboard is currently an invitation-only service for creating and sharing SEO reports. By accessing the service, you agree to use it lawfully, protect your account and connect or share only information you are authorized to use.
1. Access and accounts
Existing users may sign in, and new client accounts may be created only through an active invitation sent to their email address. An invitation is personal to its recipient and may expire or be revoked. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity performed through your SEOboard session.
2. Authorized use
You may use SEOboard for legitimate business reporting and collaboration. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious material, misuse another person’s data, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the service in violation of law.
3. Google connections
You may connect only Google Analytics and Search Console properties you are authorized to access. SEOboard requests read-only reporting permissions and does not change the connected Google properties. You remain responsible for your Google account, source configuration, data accuracy and compliance with Google’s terms.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain responsibility for content you add to SEOboard. You grant SEOboard the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content solely to operate the service. You must have the rights and permissions required for personal information, documents, branding and other material you upload or share.
5. Client and public sharing
Workspace managers control invitations, website assignments, publication and public links. Client access is limited to assigned websites and the content made available there. Public links should be treated as shareable: anyone with an enabled link may be able to view the deliberately public content. You are responsible for reviewing content and recipients before sharing.
6. Service changes and availability
SEOboard may update, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict access needed to secure the service or address misuse. The service depends on third-party hosting, authentication, email and Google APIs, so uninterrupted availability or permanent access to historical source data is not guaranteed.
7. Reports and professional judgment
SEOboard organizes data and user-provided analysis; it does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue or other business outcomes. Google may apply thresholds, sampling, row limits, processing delays or retention limits. Reports should be reviewed by a qualified person before decisions are made or content is sent to a client.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how SEOboard accesses, uses, stores and shares account, workspace and Google user data. By using the service, you acknowledge those practices.
9. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using SEOboard at any time. Workspace owners may remove access or delete reports, websites and workspaces. Access may be suspended or terminated for security, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms. Data is handled after deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, SEOboard is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, SEOboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or decisions made from reports. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
